Cancellations & Refunds Policy

1. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24–48 hours if they haven’t been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

2. Return

​

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is defective or damaged upon delivery

• Reported within 1–2 days of delivery

• Send images and details to jhankaarbypayalc@gmail.com for assessment.

3. Refund

​

Approved refunds are processed within 6–8 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Item

​

Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless defective.
